The Kampala Branch of YMCA officially opened on the 28th September 1964 after getting autonomy from the latter which was carrying out all the responsibilities concerned with YMCA activities within Kampala City and the Buganda region.

YMCA Comprehensive Institute provides a wide variety of professional courses. We have three(3) intakes a year: January, May and September. The institute is headed by the principal who works tirelessly to achieve the Institutes objectives with the help of the Deputy Principal, Heads of Sections, Teachers and Students.
